When you use this site you may provide personal information in the following ways:
The community survey on this site is powered by Tally. Tally uses IP address data to limit duplicate responses. No personally identifying information is collected or associated with survey responses.
The volunteer and lawn sign request forms are powered by Google Forms. Submission data is stored in Google’s secure infrastructure and accessed only by the campaign team. Campaign contact lists are managed privately and no data is stored on unsecured personal devices or shared externally.
Only John Richardson and any directly authorized members of the campaign team have access to form responses and contact information. This data is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party, including political organizations, advertising platforms, or data brokers.
Volunteer and contact information will be retained for the duration of the 2026 municipal election campaign and deleted within 90 days of election day unless you have specifically asked to remain on a contact list for future communications.
Survey data will be retained for the duration of John’s time in public office, as stated on the survey page. It is used on an ongoing basis to understand community sentiment. You may request removal of any response you have submitted.
You have the right to request access to any personal information you have submitted through this site, to correct it, or to ask that it be deleted.
